Nichola is married to her high school sweet heart, Rick, and has two children, Ashlin and Liam. She is very passionate about treatment of pediatric airway and achieving healthy growth and development in her pediatric patients.
Kayla
Kayla was raised in Alleghany county and loves the mountain life. When Kayla’s not fighting gum disease at the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Matthew, and their three dogs. Kayla also has a young daughter, Cambree. She loves meeting and getting to know her patients and their families.
Gerson
Simone
Simone has always had a passion for dentistry, but wanted to explore other fields before diving in. She spent 8 years as a combat medic in the NC Army National Guard, worked as a volunteer EMT, and obtained her phlebotomy certification before settling down in her career as a dental assistant. She plans to further her career by becoming a dental hygienist and maybe one day a dentist.
In her free time she enjoys hiking with Liam and Miles, gaming, and enjoying time with family.
Becky
Amanda joined the dental administration team in 2023 as patient care coordinator and now specializes in insurance benefits, claims and patient finances. Amanda has resided in Sparta for 32 years now. In her
free time she enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing pickle ball, golf, hiking, fishing and working out. She is excited to get to know the patients and assist them in all their financial needs.

Nichola obtained her dental hygiene degree from Wytheville Community College and became licensed in 2000. Nichola has been working at our office since 2010. Nichola is very compassionate towards her patients and she always goes above and beyond to ensure they obtain their best tooth and gum health possible.

Gerson joined the dental admini team in 2017, and then transitioned to dental assistant during the pandemic of 2020. He has since earned many dental assisting credentials locally and across the country. In his current role as a dental assistant, he enjoys dabbling in all the different aspects of dentistry and being able to provide cutting edge and quality treatment options to our community. Gerson has lived in Alleghany since 1999 and loves exploring the Blue Ridge Mountains. In his spare time Gerson enjoys hiking, backpacking, surfing, and kayaking with his three daughters and wife.

Becky joined the dental administration team in November 2023 as the scheduling coordinator. Becky is a native to Alleghany County and resides here with her fur babies. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She also enjoys floating the river, crafting, traveling and listening to live music. Becky is excited to get to know the patients and assist them with their scheduling needs.
